About Our Factory
We are an injection moulding manufacturer specialising in air suspension plastic components, supplying distributors and rebuilders in the aftermarket.
Specialised, Not General
Our production is focused on air suspension components rather than general injection moulding. That focus is deliberate: it is what lets us hold tolerances and maintain tooling for a catalogue of 85 part numbers.
We work with aluminium-plastic insert moulding as our core process. Metal inserts are positioned and held by the tool itself and moulded in during the same cycle, rather than inserted by hand afterwards.
Founded in 2016, we have grown from a single-machine workshop to a 2000 m² facility with 12 injection moulding machines, and we now supply buyers across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

How We Work
Three principles that decide how we run production.
Process Over Inspection
Checking every part at the end is expensive and unreliable. We control melt temperature, packing pressure and cycle time so that the part is made correctly in the first place, then verify with recorded checks.
Traceability by Default
Resin lot, machine, operator and inspection results are recorded per batch and traceable to the shipped carton. When a buyer raises a question, we can answer it from the records rather than from memory.
Honest Lead Times
We quote the date we can actually ship. Rebuilders and distributors plan around delivery dates, so a realistic lead time is more valuable to them than an optimistic one.
Working With Overseas Buyers
Most of our customers are outside China, so export paperwork, packing standards and communication in English are part of our normal routine rather than special requests.
