Quality Control Through Production
Control points are placed where defects are actually likely to occur, not only at final inspection.
- Incoming material — resin lot certificates checked and recorded
- Moulding setup — process parameters recorded and locked per part number
- In-process — first-off approval, then periodic checks through the run
- Final inspection — dimensional check and functional verification
- Packing — carton labelling and traceability code applied
